How to Set a Custom Log-on Screen Background on Win-7        Step 1:  Click start menu and type regedit  in search box.     Step2: Navigate to     HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Authentication\LogonUI\Background       Step 3:  Double-click the OEMBackground value and set its- value to 1.                   If you doesnt found OEMBackground  right click in the right pane and point to new submenu and select create new DWORD(32-bit)Value and name it as OEMBackground .             Note that selecting a new theme in the Appearance and Personalization window will “unset” this registry value.
